I returned from Bremen this week and return to work on the 1st of November a very refreshed young man.
Bremen
The Freimarkt Bremen is a festival of gigantic proportions. Tantalising delights hang on each corner with a feast of colours, sounds, drinks and food to graciously rob your money.
Never have I had such enjoyment. I’m not really a rides person. I stuck to the bar, enjoying various types of beer and sausage. The favourite sausage, of my colleagues and I, was the currywurst
. A long sausage is sliced into small chunks, placed upon a paper plate, and topped with a BBQ sauce and curry powder. Other items consumed at the festival include:
- Steak,
- corn on the cob,
- battered cauliflower,
- battered calamaries,
- mushrooms in various sauces,
- half-metre bratwursts,
- and some form of miniature doughnut.

Website update
I have altered the layout slightly with an attempt at making it slightly less nonsensical. My blog no longer appears on the front page as such. The front page just offers a summary of my website and offers the basic navigation with a list of recent or random articles.
The blog is now located at /blog with the archives remaining in /archive.
