I am so hyped up over the latest release of SubEthaEdit that I haven’t really much to say. I will summarise the latest features which have caught my eye:

Block editing
The process of applying identical actions to a multi-line area of text.
Export to HTML
Export a working document to HTML so that it can be reviewed to examine individuals’ contributions long after the document has been closed.

There are plenty of new features but I wanted to mention these especially. The following item should show the output from an Export action:

The untitled document names me, Paul Connolley, as a contributor. Several lines of PHP and HTML follow the initial summary. Below the code is an example of the block editing feature.
